They are currently quite busy and would be able to provide attorney with addit! ional work. Their current practice areas include securities, corporate, bankruptcy, compliance, hedge funds, labor & employment, litigation, IP lit, private client services, private equity and venture capital, and real estate. .
Established over 50 years ago this firm had a record first half this year and have been continuing strong. They are looking for highly competent laterals that are looking to leave the large firm scene or attorneys that are in a smaller setting that are in need of more support.They are in search of litigation partners with a practice that consists of institutional clients with a current book of portables of at least $500,000. Small groups will be considered.
