Job Description
Our client is looking ! for an Regulatory Attorney to join its Compliance Strategy division. This position will be overseeing the general management of all governance and reporting activities for the Compliance Group:
•oversee a governance process designed to communicate iformation to the Compliance Committees of the Boards of Directors and Executive Compliance Steering Committee.
•Lead the preparation of Compliance Deliverables including reviewing, proof reading and editing documents to be delivered to the board and regulators.
•Provide consultative expertise to relevant leadership within the compliance function on the material to the board and management committees
•Proactively interact within Compliance and business executives and teams to understand overarching issues within area of responsibility
•Assist management in identifying compliance risk, compliance monitoring and fostering a compliance culture.
Who we are looking for
•Legal Degree or JD is ! required
•Exceptional written communication skills and re! levant business writing is required.
•4 - 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance function
