Job Details
Experience with commercial acquisitions, commercial financing, including conduit and capital markets financing, commercial (real estate and asset based) lending representing regional lenders, commercial leasing and land use.
3+ years of sophisticated transactional experience on the commercial side
Develop projects from the ground up
Delegate to staff, work to develop team skills
Ability to take a leadership role in a diverse and active business and transactional practice group
Qualifications JD degree from an accredited law school, NYS Licensure or Registration. Minimum 3-5 years legal experience at law firm specializing in real estate. Ability to drive results, provide solutions and prioritize multi! ple projects independently. Must possess resourcefulness, flex! ibility and strong work ethic.
