The Collector will be responsible for:
Initiating and removing administrative freezes and hotcards
Offset accounts
Recommending extensions
Line closures and Agency/Attorney referrals
Required Skills
3+ years of related consumer collection experience.
High School Degree or GED
Collection experience - calling owners of accounts to arrange for payment of past due amounts
Superior communication skills
Problem resolution and multi-tasking
Attention to detail & strong follow up skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Desired Skills
College Degree
Experience with Credit/collection training, continuous development programs
