Accountable for managing and settling complex terminating trusts that require a high level of technical expertise and knowledge. Assigns task! to the Trust Settlement Assistants, monitors progress and approves completed work. Will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring assistants and junior level officers within Trust Settlement team. Builds and maintains relationships with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, and Fiduciary Accountants), and coordinate communication with internal support partners (Tax, Tampa, OCF, Legal, SAM, ART) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration, and to manage business risk. Maintains high quality communications with beneficiaries, with focus on client satisfactions. Acts as a technical resource to colleagues within and outside of Trust Settlement team.

This position is posted as a more senior position but is flexible to be filled as a lower level position if the posted qualifications are met by a strong lower level applicant.

Qualifications

Required Skills : "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

• BS/BA required

Desired Skills :

• Advanced degree or professional designation a plus.
• Candidates with JD/legal and prior Trust Settlement knowledge are considered highly desirable.
