Responsibilities:
Monitor formation of new companies, interact with corporate clients including banking institutions and law firms, assist in the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, monitor/reserve corporate names, and provide full range of legal support to corporate attorneys, prepare drafts of corporate organizational documents; file incorporation and dissolution documents, annual consents, draft agreements and legal documentation including LLCs, corporate service agreements, etc., Assist attorneys with legal administrative and clerical support.
A minimum of 2+ years of corporate experience required. Undergraduate degree. Notary public helpful.
