We are seeking a legal secretary with a commercial real estate background for our Garden City, LI office. Banking experience preferred. Candidates should be a quick learner, detail orientated and proficient in MS Word and Excel. Fast paced environment for team players who will perform sophisticated merging of documents in preparation of commercial loan closings. Must have Billing experience. Rippe & Kingston, a plus. Must be flexible and available for OT when necessary. Bachelor‘s degree, a plus.
