Loan Originations Manager

1. Pipeline review: Work with the Loan Closer and Head processor to clear files and get borrowers to the closing table this includes calling brokers and attorneys.
2. Prepare HMDA report: This is done on a monthly basis for the Board report and on a yearly basis for government submission. Files are extracted from the Netoxygen system to the Questsoft system then verified for correctness.
3. Prepare CRA report: This report is prepared by compiling loans from Business banking and the Netoxygen system for submission on a yearly basis for government monitoring.
4. Assign files: Even distribution of files to the Loan Processors.
5. Review file documentation: ensure proper disclosure is done on a timely basis and correctly
6. Review files prior to closing: Review files after they have been prepared for closing. This review includes fees, instructions to the attorney dates and disclosures
7. Denied file review: Third independent reviewer of denied files
8. Prepare files for HMDA report: This is done on a weekly and monthly basis. Weekly withdrawn and denied files are updated in the Netoxygen system. Monthly loans from the CRE department are updated and reviewed for HMDA submission
9. Compliance liaison: work with the Compliance department to keep the department in compliance.
10. Board report review: the weekly report is reviewed for correctness prior to submission.
11. Train and monitor Processors and Closer: Training in the use of the Netoxygen system and the department policies and procedures
