Job Description:
Entertainment Lawyear with a minimum of 5 years of experience to assist grow a booming deprtment in a corporate and securities firm.
Inadevently our corporate wall street based firm has had access to a multi-faceted practice covers all segments of the entertainment industry,(don't they say it happens to the one that least expect it?)Hence, we need someone with some experience in the following segments for our celebrities clientel: Advertising and Promotions Branded Entertainment Corporate Media and Entertainment Entertainment Finance Interactive Entertainment IP and Entertainment Litigation Motion Picture and Television Music Talent
Attorneys from the Corporate, Financial Services, Tax, Labor and Employment, Litigation and Trusts and Estates practices are often involved in serving entertainment clients. This provides clients with direct access to senior counselors who can provide resolution to a wide variety of legal needs.
If you are a competent attorney interested in joining a start up firm with a booming practice, you must be a JD, practice for a mionimum of 5 years in the specific field; be personable, patient a team player; and more important "SMART"... You will be working as part of the corporate team and assists in a senior associate capacity.
