Description:
Review, analyze and edit cases, codes and treatises selected by our in-house team of legal editors for inclusion in the M&A product Review and edit practical guidance articles written by practitioners on M&A topics Write overviews or practical guidance articles on selected M&A topics Identify and/or draft form acquisition agreements for the product Miscellaneous tasks to help support the content development team
Qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited law school 6+ years of experience as an M&A attorney Experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing acquisition agreements Excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills Effective written communication skills Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribe deadlines Organized, self-motivated and able to work in a detail-oriented environment
