Description: Counsel On Call is in need of Attorney, Contracts, United Kingdom right now, this job will be designated in New York. More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Counsel On Call seeks an experienced attorney to maintain outsourcing contracts work with a global services company. This is a 20-40 hour per week contract position depending on experience. The right candidate may work remotely from anywhere in the United States or United Kingdom, but will need to be able to work with a team in the U.K. (travel not necessary).
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
At least 7 years of contracts experience
Must have experience in the U.K. and/or U.S.
Must have experience contracting with buying and selling of goods and services
Oil and gas experience preferred
