This firm is dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of intellectual property law and is currently seeking an intellectual property attorney with a PhD or the equivalent in Biology (or biochemistry or similar) to join its IP Litigation Practice Group. Candidate with both prosecution and litigation experience are preferred. A strong educational background required.
