Scheduling Representative
Our outbound call center is looking for a Scheduling Representative who wants to help spread our mission - eliminating suffering through early detection of cancer. Our representative’s mission is to conduct Mammography Advocacy Outreach, where we are calling our patients to inform them of the importance of annual screening mammograms for early detection of breast cancer. Our reps will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential patients. After contacting patients, you will present them with the importance of annual mammograms and help them understand how our services can enhance their everyday lives. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. We will train you to be a subject matter expert in this field so you can be confident in providing the highest level of quality service possible. We trust you already have the necessary ingredients that can’t be taught—a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help patients through some of the more difficult times in their lives.
Who we are: Whiterabbit.ai was founded in 2017 by Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur Rakesh Mathur and Stanford trained medical imaging researcher Jason Su. We are developing a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) suite to significantly reduce late-stage breast cancer by detecting it in its earliest stages and eliminating suffering. We hope through developing robust AI technologies, we can improve the speed and accuracy of cancer detection in radiology. Our solutions in development are aimed at redesigning the entire breast cancer screening process with a focus on compassion. What you'll do: Contact patients through our internal calling systemSchedule Mammograms and other imaging exams
Educate patients about the importance of mammography to increase compliance
Determine patient needs and offer product or service solutions and support
Utilize scripts and objection handling to successfully schedule exams
Close bookings and lead patients through the scheduling process
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and goals
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
