About the Position
We are looking for a Federal Account Management Representative who will join FiscalNote’s Federal team and our mission to connect the world to their governments. Highly creative and intelligent, Account Management Representatives provide excellent client support to senior government legislative and congressional liaisons and the Account Managers they support. About You

Able to think quickly on your feet, you handle any situation with extraordinary tact and composure.

What to Expect

    • Work with multiple seasoned Account Managers (AMs) on supporting 150+ Federal Agencies.
    • Support the ongoing contracts with existing clients and join client check-in calls
    • Strategically plan account penetration and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Partner with senior team members to identify the client’s key initiatives, providing solutions to ensure your client base receives value
    • Schedule client meetings based on where they are in their contract lifecycle - Perform both cold and warm outreach to current clients and identify growth opportunities
    • Attend at least 2 Client Meetings per week with your Account Managers (AMs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs) to take good notes and identify key takeaways to debrief with the AM/CSM on after the meeting
    • Assist Account Managers (AMs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs) with meeting prep by helping to build custom client slide decks in advance of client meetings
    • Drive engagement with our products through timely and relevant content-sending on a weekly basis: AMRs are expected to send at least 2 pieces of content to each client every week, and to become thought leaders in driving which content to send to clients on a weekly basis.
    • Leverage sales enablement tools to guide frequency and quality of client communication (ie: using SalesLoft to build targeted cadences for client outreach)
    • Develop industry-specific policy expertise by staying up-to-date with current events and news topics that are relevant to your clients

    • Comfort with asking for time from senior client contacts.
    • Knowledge of public policy and law (Preferred)
