VaynerMedia Los Angeles is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, adaptable, humble, self-starter for our ever-evolving person focused culture and office space. Looking for an individual who takes an empathetic approach when interacting with others and values teamwork.


Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Associate Director, Operations
  • The face of VaynerMedia/Brand Ambassador
  • Reception: Greets, assists, and directs all visitors
  • Responds to guest and employee inquiries
  • Scheduling - handles all room requests for client or internal meetings/interviews and calls
  • Ensures front reception area is clean and organized
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Helps back office team with various administrative tasks when needed
  • Takes inventory of all office supplies. Keeps supply room clean and organized
  • Takes inventory of all kitchen supplies. Assists with kitchen restocking when necessary
  • Supports with culture and employee wellness initiatives
  • Supports with orienting new employees to the office and helps with office related logistics for their first day

Skills and Characteristics Required:

  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use kind candor when needed
  • Able to work under pressure, trustworthy, and accountable to job responsibilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive and curious approach to solving problems who fearlessly establishes creative ideas
  • Ability to work both independently, and as a part of a team while exemplifying empathy
  • Requires an ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds
  • Occasional evening work when needed (i.e. office events)
  • Mac and Google Apps experience preferred
  • Retail/Hospitality experience preferred

  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Base Salary $50,000-$60,000
