Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Office team as a Front Office Agent at the Hyatt Regency Boston, located in the heart of Downtown Boston! Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
The schedule will be mostly be PM shifts starting at 3pm but will vary based on business needs.
