We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
