Talent Enablement Partner [United States]


 
Overview:
Provides ongoing learning and development support for HR Business Partners. Provides support and solutions guidance to HR Client Business Partners, ensuring a consistent, innovative development approach that leverages technology, resulting in an engaging and impactful end-user development experience. Develops and provides ongoing coaching and training to HR Business Partners to improve the quality of work product, increase productivity, meet/exceed client satisfaction, increase client retention, create positive client experiences, and ensure communications are delivered effectively and consistently.
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize talent development industry knowledge to create and implement ongoing talent enablement programs including resources and knowledge transfer tools Collaborate with SMEs across the business to help develop high-quality inclusive training programs, including facilitator-led workshops and eLearning content. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify and align business needs with colleague developmental needs.
  • Recommends, develops, and trains HR Business Partners on proactive client engagement strategies and initiatives that meet clients’ organizational needs.
  • Creates resources and enables knowledge transfer of HR trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, state, local and federal laws to HR Business Partners.
  • Define and manage training scope, training content and coordination, training delivery, job aid development and coordination, and documentation inventory.
  • Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to identify, upskill resource needs that enable the HRS Community to provide insight and make recommendations on issues.
  • Partner with HRCOE PMO/CMO team to ensure the development of a centralized communications strategy and project management plan.
  • Manages all deliverables and implementation of work regarding training and education ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2 years of experience in Talent Development.
  • PHR/SPHR SHRM CP/SCP certification - Required
  • CPTD/APTD - Preferred
  • HR Services Training Program - Required
Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $69,700-$110,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
