What You'll Do- Provide fantastic service over the phone
- Use your computer skills to:
- Research requests related to vehicle parts
- Track shipments and parts orders
- Escalate critical orders
- Computer, typing and phone skills
- Can speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Able to problem-solve, act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
- Solid work ethic, able to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work during the hours below. Note - Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive.

- Degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Michigan resident
- Computer: PC (Windows 10 or higher) or Mac (OS 10.14 or higher) (note: Chromebooks are not compatible)
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Cellular phone
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
