LOCAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Property Management ( Operations, Guest Relations & Concierge Services, Human Resources, Business Development / Sales & Marketing, Financial)
Organize and check the day operation of the properties that we manage in cooperation with housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Check available stock and determine the need for stocking (coffees, cleaning material,Linens, Towels).
Responsible for all daily requirements (arrivals, departure, VIP guests, concierge requests etc).
Responsible for preparing and checking the property inventory in the beginning of the season and at the end of it.
Work closely with the Maintenance team to monitor and schedule all maintenance activity to ensure excellent condition of each property.
Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Create and submit required reports to corporate offices on a weekly and monthly basis.
