Synergy Orthopedic Specialists Medical Group is looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Representative located in San Diego. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system is recommended. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required. Job duties include but are not limited to greetings customers, nurturing patient relationships, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating effectively with physicians and staff, assisting with insurance eligibility, and obtaining authorizations.

Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality, sales, customer service, or related work experience
- Experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English skills preferred
- Ability to handle patient's concerns positively and proactively
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
- Proof of FDA approved Covid-19 vaccine required before first day of employment (or certifiable exemption- health or religious)
