EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the CEO, and possibly other members of the C-suite. You must be assertive, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and have excellent written and oral skills. The Executive Assistant is an individual who wields a great deal of power as the right-hand to the CSuite. You must also be able to maintain a high-level professionalism, decorum, and confidentiality.

What you will be doing:

As executive assistant at American Guard Services, you will be an essential member of our administrative team, collaborating with others to deliver maximum results.

● Manage and coordinate personal executive schedules, including personal agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other departmental logistics

● Organize and maintain executive calendar

● Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations

● Manage, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

● Record executive meetings

● Organize and maintain corporate files

● Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations

● Manage, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence

● Serve as a liaison between executives and other internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and board members

●Assist with special projects as needed

● Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation

● Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations

● Create and assist with special projects as need and other duties as assigned

What you should bring to the table:

● Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

● 10+ years experience supporting C-suite / executive level person(s)

● Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of this role

● Must be a master at Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint (strong presentation capabilities)

● Strong administrative and office support

● Credit card reconciliation

● Ability to stay two steps ahead of the CEO, research, learn, and pick-up things quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
