Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant position is a Full Time position that is critical to the success of this dynamic company. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this position supports the General and Administrative department functions to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses a solid ethical framework and understanding of confidentiality, and has demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic in prior work experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

Position Specifics
  • Scheduling for End of Month review meetings
  • Scheduling for Board and advisory meetings
  • Scheduling for company founders and other executives as needed
  • Preparation of presentation materials for End of Month meetings and Board meetings
  • Ability to engage with key investors and company stakeholders
  • Coordination of review materials for presentations
  • Attend End of Month meetings to assist with presentation and note taking
  • Logistics and planning of Company events, including venue and catering needs
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional vendor relations
  • Coordination of social media and other marketing related updates for publication
  • Serves as back-up to aid with invoicing and other financial tasks as needed
  • Ordering of office materials as needed, including equipment needed for new hires
  • Contributes to organizational efficiencies with aiding in various requests from departments
  • Assists executive team with administrative needs as requested
  • Monitoring of voicemails
  • Assists with special projects as requested
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Need to be Successful in this Role
  • 1+ years prior administration experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Work well in a team and independently
  • Self-motivation - this is very important
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Be flexible and adapt to change quickly
  • Proficient Mac user

Additional Details

  • Location: Remote or Broomfield, CO
  • Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States
