Hire Counsel is working with a prestigious law firm which is currently seeking Attorney candidates licensed in New York to assist with residential foreclosure litigation matte! rs. This is a permanent, non-partner tracked, staff attorney position. Successful candidates will handle their own portfolio of residential foreclosure litigation matters including pre-trial motion practice, court appearances, filings and responding to various motions in connection with these cases. Qualified candidates MUST have at least 3-5 years of big firm litigation experience handling cases in the NY state courts. Our client is seeking experienced and well-qualified Attorney candidates with knowledge of NY state court procedures and rules and strong litigation experience. The candidate must also possess strong writing skills and have experience in drafting motions and court appearances. Required Experience
Admitted in NY
Must live in (or be willing to commute to) New York
MUST have 3-5 years of big fi! rm litigation experience and knowledge of NY state court rules! and procedures
Strong experience in drafting litigation briefs, appearing in court, arguing motions.
Project Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $130K
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week
