The candidate in this role will lead a team of Production Support engineers who’s primary responsibilities include:
Daily system activity monitoring, ensuring accurate process execution in a highly automated and technical environment.
Proactive daily monitoring of data file exchanges to ensure that the data is available to the Citi Private Bank internal and external clients within established SLAs.
Provide customer service to Int! ernal clients and Operations users in the form of a production support.
Assess situations to determine appropriate method to escalate issues based on severity.
Achieve subject matter expertise regarding the Business Applications supported.
Scheduling flexibility is essential.
Adaptability will be a determining factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization as candidates will be required to be on call 24x7 including evenings and weekends. Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as are the ability to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
Candidates must have the ability to work well in a team, collaborating with peers, external customers, and internal account managers, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in Development or Production Support, strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL, UNIX shell scripting, experience in supporting ap! plications running on WebLogic and/or IBM Websphere.
