Position Objective/Mission:
The Account Manager is responsible for
renewing PLC contracts with the legal departments within their assigned
territory. Individual leverages his/her
expert knowledge and professional demeanor to effectively manage complex
relationships, while capitalizing on opportunities within their accounts.

Outcomes:
Renew PLC client contracts at a minimum of 90% of your customers
each year. Achieve quarterly renewal revenue targets. Achieve annual renewal revenue target. Actively up-sell existing customers throughout the year.

Qualifications:
A legal background (school/work)
Bachelor’s degree required. JD Preferred.
Understanding of the legal market and
legal industry as a whole preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication
skills.
