Job Description:
PricewaterhouseCoopers is nationally recognized for its in-depth tax technical knowledge and tax process improvement skill sets. Our Tax Reporting and Process Improvement team features multi-disciplined staff including: accountants, attorneys, economists and technologists from a variety of backgrounds, including corporate tax professionals, tax professionals from law firms, technology professionals and tax advisors from the Firm's practice offices. PwCs Tax Reporting and Process Improvement (TRPI) practice is dedicated to helping companies assess the complexities of delivering value and managing risk in their corporate tax functions through the improvement of people, process and technology Team members serve as business advisors to clients by leveraging a standard methodology to deliver sustainable tax performance improvement and tax accounting services. We assist clients in transforming their tax processes from analysis to implem! entation.

PwC's tax technology group within TRPI assists clien! ts with numerous technology challenges, including technology strategy, ERP tax integration, decision management and tax application implementation. Our ERP professionals develop multi-year tax technology strategy and architecture, assist with ERP tax integration, assess appropriate tax point solution software, assist with accelerator configuration, work on transfer pricing management, and custom configure document management and automated workflow platforms.

Position/Program Requirements:Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates some knowledge of tax-related data analytics including supporting tax strategy in tax functions of provisions and compliance.

Demonstrates some experience in consulting with clients in full life cycle of project phases to contribute as a functional team member including strategy, requirements through implementation

Demonstrates some abilities in supporting an ERP engagement, including defining ERP tax integration! needs, configuring document management and automated workflow platforms, and assessing tax point solution software.

Demonstrates some knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Tax Depreciation/Fixed Assets.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates some knowledge of implementing ERP Systems, such as SAP and Oracle.

Demonstrates some knowledge of tax-related applications such as OneSource and Corptax.

Demonstrates some knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Demonstrates some experience of successfully working with corporate tax departments and tax data in data management projects.

Demonstrates some knowledge of provision and compliance processes.

Some knowledge of indirect tax application space (e.g. Vertex, Sabrix).

Demonstrates some proven ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications, emphasizing a client service orient! ation to leverage creative problem-solving skills, execute various deli! verables simultaneously as both a team member and independently and research deliver results of pertinent client, industry and technical matters.

Demonstrates self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.

Min Year Exp: 2

Min Degree(s) and Certifications: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in a technology or business related field required.

Commitment to become credentialed with an approved credential: Certified Public Accountant, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Project Management Professional.
