Collegial midsized midtown law firm is seeking a T&E Associate attorney. 3+ years significant experience required. Will be responsible for all aspects of estate planning! including drafting wills, trusts, health care documents, powers of attorney, tax and gift planning, asset transfers, gift tax return preparation and filing and analysis of federal and state gift and estate tax issues. Familiarity with federal, NY and NJ tax law is a requirement.
Will also be responsible for all aspects of estate administration including the preparation and filing of probate and administration proceedings in NY and NJ, review and preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, estate tax audits, review and preparation of judicial and informal accountings and fiduciary litigation.
