Candidate Must have 5 to 6 years of cross-border M&A experience in the U.S. ; Experience in Latin America a plus ; Excellent academic credentials and major law firm experience required ; New York Bar.
Compensation is commensurate to experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
