Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Serving as initial point of contact for telephone and e-mail inquiries on the Firmâs software applications, hardware, printers and remote technologies directed to the Information Technology department
Troubleshooting and resolve all hardware, software and network problems
Logging all call activity in the Service Desk Express application
Following up on calls escalated to Infrastructure, Development, Exchange Administrator, etc.
Providing floor support to users on a regular basis
Providing home visit support as needed
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of the Firmâs core applications including Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and iManage/DeskSite or other industry standard document management sys! tem
Experience with Interaction
Experience w! ith Service Desk Express or other call center tracking software and knowledge of remote access technologies, Citrix, DameWare or Hyena
Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a member of a team
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Access, RightFax, Mac OS, Visio, and law firm specific applications
