What are the job responsibilities?
Reporting to the Corporate Secretary, the primary responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Support board of director activities, including assisting with planning and preparation for board and committee meetings, preparation of resolutions and minutes and maintenance of corporate minute books.
- Prepare SEC and NYSE filings.
- Support attorneys in the implementation of policies and procedures relating to corporate! governance.
- Support the corporate secretarial function for subsidiaries, including maintenance of records and data integrity of all information pertaining to subsidiaries.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading various legal documents.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Team player; able to work across organizational and geographic boundaries in high energy and hard working environment
Able to learn and apply new information, skills and procedures
Sound computer skills; able to adapt and apply new technologies
