Securities Tax Manager The candidate responsibilities will include overseeing of complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; par! ticipation in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and affiliates; research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques; and tax-planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients. Supervise assignments by the professional accountants serving as Consultants and Senior Consultants.
The candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. Should be CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification is needed. 4+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry is required. Proven, excellent interaction skills with management/executive presence is needed. Prior Big 4 experience a plus. Advanced Degree is preferred: MST, MAcc, JD or LLM. Must have FAS 109 experience.
