! Responsibilities include:
Preparation of creditor side pleadings for Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
Preparation of fee applications and related documentation.
Electronic court filing.
Knowledge of Federal Rules and procedures.
BA/BS. Strong computer skills including ECF; Lexis/Nexis; Westlaw and more. Competitive salary based on experience.
