Resources Global Professionals is seeking experienced attorneys or documentation specialists with expertise in derivatives transactions and counterparty trading to join our Tri-State practice. As a consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.
Professional Qualifications
Requirements include:
Extensive, hands-on experience negotiating and drafting ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes, futures clearing agreements and OTC addendums, prime brokerage agreements, and trade confirmations
In-depth knowledge of OTC derivatives, futures and other traded financial products
Knowledge of Dodd-Frank a plus
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
In-house experience required
4-year Bachelor Degree required; J.D. (NY Bar) a plus
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
