New York City office seeks mid-level leveraged finance attorney having 5+ years of relevant experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with specific experience representing bank and non-bank financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured transactions, including asset or credit-based financings, corporate lending, leveraged buyouts, subordinated debt and other mezzanine financings. The candidate must have substantial experience drafting and negotiating Credit Agreements, Note Purchase Agreements and related documents in connection with senior and mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured. Should have current market experience. Should also have experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, borrowers, issuers and lenders in lending transactions, including bridge facilities, acquisition facilities and restructurings.
