Supervise and be responsible for providing advice on a variety of international legal issues; advise other staff members on jurisdictional issues regarding litigation matters such as service of process, access to courts and enforcement of judgment within European judicial systems, particularly Irish and British courts. Consult directly with international clients, conduct legal research and engage in factual evidence gathering. Review research draft pleadings, draft answers and initial discovery demands. Conduct examination and cross examination of witnesses at discovery depositions, and draft an array of legal documents for court filing.
Advocate on behalf of the client in court, both in motion practice and at trial.
