Applicants should have at least five years relevant experience, including significant experience conducting depositions, preparing motions, and performing research.
Applicants should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be prepared to handle a caseload of files, including premises liability, auto, possible labor law, and other general negligence cases for various clients. The firm is seeking a smart, confident, well-rounded individual that is motivated, has experience, common sense, professionalism, good critical/analytical skills, and someone that can multi-task.
