Tower Legal Solutions, a national, NYC-based legal staffing and managed review company focusing on temp, temp-to-perm and direct hire placements in law firms and in-house legal departments, seeks a recruiter in the NY office for its growing temp and temp-to-perm recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company recently named to Crain’s New York Business Fast 50 List!
Recruiter duties include: sourcing, interviewing and placing attorney and paralegal candidates in temporary positions; providing excellent customer service to clients; ent! ering and maintaining candidate records in database; liaising ! with internal project management, IT and office staff regarding project starts; and, participating in rotating on-call schedule nights and weekends.
Recruiter qualifications include: Bachelor's degree required, JD degree a plus; strong GPA; experience as a recruiter or experience in legal and/or recruiting settings; prior experience as a contract paralegal or attorney a plus; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a team, as well as independently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to be flexible for the on-call schedule; and, sincere interest in recruiting as a career.
