Noted domestic and international Law firm is seeking a Private Equity/Venture Capital focused Lateral Associate Attorney (09-12 grads only) to join its New York Corporate group. Candidate should have experience with Cross-Border M&A or Capital Markets ; Must be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (Experience in Latin America is a plus, but prior work in Latin America is Not required) ; Role entails frequent travel to Brazil.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, analytical, verbal & written communication skills and major law firm experience required ; New! York Bar.
