Hanover Community Bank is seeking a Residential Loan Processor/ Loan Closer for a full time ! position. In this r ole, the individual will be expected to process residential loan s and/or prepare residential loan closing packages . The individual will support a non-conforming loan product with standard loan package requirement s inclusive of issuing regulatory disclosures, ordering cre dit reports, ordering appraisal reports, and coordinating loan closings with the borrower and the Bank’s attorney.
An experien ced Loan Processor/Loan Closer is preferred but not required. Salary will commensurate with experience and will generally range between $35 ,000-$45,000.
