Prominent NY Law Firm seeks Associate with 3 - 4 years Financial Transactions focus with some project development experience. Must have working experience with funds in secured and unsecured loans, subscription line ! loans and mezzanine finance, commodities finance, project finance, letter of credit structures and asset based lending.
Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on wide array of financial matters such as secured loans, asset-based lending, project finance and development, bankruptcy finance, mezzanine finance, syndicated lending and structured finance and other credit enhancement arrangements
Working on projects in PF&D
Advising diverse clientele ranging from industries such as biotechnology, energy, entertainment, finance, gaming, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, oil & gas, real estate, retail, semiconductor, software, technology, timber and utilities.
Requirements:
3 - 4 years financial transactions focus
Project finance and development experience
NY Bar admission in good standing
J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
