They provide a congenial practice in a very comfortable office two blocks from the LIRR in! Great Neck. EASY COMMUTE FROM NYC!! They have three conference rooms and a well equipped kitchen.
Can accommodate three lawyers and their secretaries in existing space. Interested in solo practitioners, lateral partners or even a small firm looking for a new home. MUST have a current book of portable business. Current practice areas: CORPORATE - Practice is broadly diversified.
Represents large, small, public, private, domestic and foreign clients. SECURITIES- Practice includes public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions, and IPO's. REAL ESTATE -Practice includes purchases, sales, financing, development,construction of manufacturing, commercial and retail facilities and the leasing and subleasing of office, retail and other commercial space. The firm is active in a wide range of real estate finance and real estate investment banking matters as well.
COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - Department handles gener! al commercial litigation, partnership and corporate disputes, ! securities and commodities litigation,arbitration, contract disputes, employment issues, restrictive covenant matters, RICO claims, trademark claims, unfair competition and insurance matters in courts and in arbitration.ESTATE & TRUST ADMINISTRATION /TAX - Department handles probate and administers estates through extensive representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries of Wills and trusts. Probate department handles everything from providing tax, legal, financial and fiduciary accounting services for estates. .
